Managing the documentation associated with the delivery of ACT services is critical to ensuring medical necessity is documented, that assessment influence treatment interventions, and that all team members have access to the information they need to provide coordinated care within the team. In this training participants will build their ability to articulate their work in written form. This will include clinical, rehabilitative, and recovery language, recommended structures for conceptualizing assessment and treatment plans, and strategies for writing detailed, yet succinct charting in progress notes.
Objectives:
- Participants will have an understanding of documentations structures that can be applied when writing assessments, treatment plans and progress notes.
- Participants will have access to clinical, rehabilitative and recovery language that is recommended in ACT documentation.
