She has over 25 years of experience working in behavioral health, including direct service delivery, systems planning, and program management at both the County and non-profit level. Alyssa has provided training to services teams and organizations within the metro area, as well as presenting at several national conferences. Training topics have included Trauma Informed Care, Crisis Assessment and Intervention, Ethics, and a variety of topics related to the delivery of Psychiatric Rehabilitation services. Alyssa has been an ACT Team Leader and oversees ACT teams in her current role at RADIAS. She is a trained ACT Fidelity Reviewer.
