Dr. Harker has been an ACT Psychiatrist since 2005. He has presented on ACT nationally and internationally. He coordinates and leads RADIAS’ psychiatry residency program. He has provided training in RADIAS’ Training Institute. Recently, he presented on working with individuals who are justice involved. He is currently consulting monthly with ACT Teams in Washington State on specific case reviews. He is a trained ACT Fidelity Reviewer.
