Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
The DBT program, as part of our Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic, provides individual DBT therapy as well as weekly skills groups to adults diagnosed with a mental health disorder.
Our certified DBT program, as part of our Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic, provides individual DBT therapy as well as weekly skills groups to adults diagnosed with a mental health disorder who may be struggling with emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and distress tolerance. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for every individual served.

DBT Program
We offer DBT Therapy through our state certified program. That includes weekly skills training, individual therapy and 24-hour skills coaching. An intake and orientation sessions are needed before starting the program.

Meet Our Therapists
Laura Lynett
Laura (She/Her/Hers) utilizes an approach that support client’s goals and interests in therapy. She focuses on client’s strengths and their lived experiences as part of enhancing personal growth and efforts to heal. Her areas of therapy interest is emotional stress, trauma therapy, mood and anxiety management. Laura lives in the Twin Cities area with her family and pets. She enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors. Laura is nationally certified to provide DBT through Linehan Board of Certification.
Patty Lauer-Roberts
Patty (she/her/hers) has a client-centered approach to therapy. She supports people’s lived experience as a way to heal and grow in their personal goals. Areas of treatment are – grief, mood management, anxiety, trauma and mindfulness. Patty lives in the metro with her family and enjoys outdoors and gardening. Patty is nationally certified to provide DBT through Linehan Board of Certification.
DBT Aftercare Group
This group is designed for clients who have graduated from an intensive DBT program (documentation required) and would benefit from continued learning in the various skills.

RADIAS Health strives to make mental health services available to all individuals. In addition to billing Medicaid plans, we partner with local Counties, the State, and Health Plans to make services accessible. At intake, we will work with you to identify and understand any costs associated with your care.
