Assertive Community Treatment
Assertive Community Treatment is a person-centered, compressive community-based, practice that provides integrated treatment, rehabilitation and support to individuals diagnosed with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness. Services are provided by an interdisciplinary team of providers that includes psychiatry, nursing, therapy, vocational and chemical health counselors, and a Peer Recovery Specialist. The team is mobile, provides services seven days per week, and is available for crisis response 24 hours per day.
