ACT Team leaders have a unique challenge of both leading and managing within a highly structured and demanding model of care. Throughout this six part leadership training series, team leaders will gain skills needed to self-assess their teams’ current practices in relation to ACT fidelity, problem solve and identify solutions to their team specific barriers, and build continuous quality improvement plans.
Part 2: Establishing and Maintaining Structure. This training will focus on the structural components of TMACT, allowing team leaders to identify, share and problem solve barriers to integrating recommended organizational components of ACT.
