Let’s face it – everybody has heard of this thing called “CBT.”  Now is your chance to learn about what it actually is and ask the questions you were afraid to ask.  Trust us, you’re not the only one only pretending to know what the “cognitive loop” or “cognitive restructuring” is – this training will be open to all questions!

  1. Participants will learn how the cognitive loop and how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are related to one another.
  2. Participants will have an understanding of the role of CBT in treating Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders.
  3. Participants will be able to describe core concepts and how to apply CBT principles in their work, including how to form a basic CBT case conceptualization.
  4. Participants will have an understanding of cognitive restructuring and the ABC framework.
