This training will focus on the delivery of IDDT interventions focused on strategies to use when an individuals is in an "active" stage of change. Teams will be provided with examples of specific interventions, as well as being guided through an explorations of how they can take their current strategies for providing active treatment and build capacity for working within this stage of change.

ACT Team leaders have a unique challenge of both leading and managing within a highly structured and demanding model of care. Throughout this six part leadership training series, team leaders will gain skills needed to self-assess their teams' current practices in relation to ACT fidelity, problem solve and identify solutions to their team specific barriers, and build continuous quality improvement plans.
Part 1: The TMACT Tool Review Preparation. This session will focus on the TMACT tool itself, including review of the elements, what is considered high fidelity and how items are scored. Tips and tricks for preparing both data and the team for a full TMACT will be provided.
